Gold-plum Brand Chinkiang vinegar, made of high quality polished glutinous rice, enjoys high reputation all over the world for its characteristics as sour without tasting puckery, fragrant smell with sweet taste, strong colour and tasty and stronger fragrance after storage. It is the only one that won both national and international gold medals of the edible vinegar and has made a record of keeping the gold medal for 80 years.
Chinkiang vinegar has won Gold Prize  many times in various domestic products exhibitions and fairs. It was also awarded the prizes of  JiangSu Fine Quality Product  in Silver Medal in 1980, and China National Gold Medal  in 1985, on 20th March, 1985, it was awarded the Gold Prize  by Comite International  Action Gastronomique et Touristique de France.
